Country Breads of the World by Linda Collister & Anthony Blake

This is a book I’ve had in my culinary library for a long time. I don’t even remember where I got it but it’s my ‘old faithful’- the book I turn to when I need a great bread recipe. The title is no exaggeration either, it is a bread book from all parts of the world- Japanese green tea bread and dosa from South India are my favorites.
